Transgender Day of Remembrance 2016

Nottingham City Council and partners are supporting this community-led candlelit vigil.

There will be a reception for everyone to warm up at Loxley House straight afterwards. The ceremony will observe the principles held internationally for Transgender Day of Remembrance, memorialising specifically the lives of transgender people murdered through hate crime in this last year.

The vigil will be held at Barker Gate Rest Garden (St Mary’s), Barker Gate, at 6pm on November 20th. Trans people and allies welcome.
